Titanium provides a wide range of protection services for customers including tire & wheel road hazard protection, chrome wheel repair, key/remote replacement, windshield repair protection, paintless dent repair and 24-hour emergency roadside assistance.  New for 2018 is the addition of “Key ID”.

Features and Benefits

Vehicles 10 years old or newer are eligible for this program and no deductible payment is required. The program is inexpensive to offer and is of high value to members. Essential coverage includes:

Tire and Wheel Road Hazard Protection – Reimbursement coverage includes the repair and replacement (applicable if tire is unrepairable) of punctured, cut or flat tires if damage is caused by a road hazard or pot holes. Tire mounting and balancing, including valve stems and tire disposal, due to tire replacement is also covered. Local and state taxes as directed by state law for any tire/wheel replacement are covered.

Cosmetic Wheel Repair  – A concierge service that repairs cosmetic damage to covered wheels including damage to chrome wheels or rims.

Key/Remote Replacement – Keys or remotes that are lost, stolen or destroyed are covered. ($800 per year cap in coverage).

Paintless Dent Repair – Repairs of door dings and minor dents up to 2” in diameter.

Windshield Repair – Repairs to chips and cracks up to 6” in length on front windshield caused by propelled rocks or road hazard debris while driving on public roads, streets and highways.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance – Customer protection services include towing, emergency road service, essential fluids/supplies delivery, flat tire changes or repairs, emergency battery service, and lockout service.
